一、产物介绍

脉冲袋式除尘器是在引进传统除尘器技术基础上，吸收德国除尘器技术优点，生产的高效率除尘器。集合分室反吹和喷吹脉冲等类型除尘器的优点，采用高能清灰和分式结构离线清灰，具有清灰强度大、速度快、循环周期短等特点。

1、产物结构

脉冲袋式除尘器（或称‘除尘袋’）主要由喷吹管、电磁脉冲阀、气包、文氏管、滤袋框架、控制仪、排灰装置、除尘箱体、除尘滤袋、灰斗、支架、花板等结构组成，其产物结构示意图如下：

2、工作原理

除尘器的主要工作原理如下：

• 含尘气体由灰斗上部进风口进入后，在挡风板的作用下，气流向上流动；

• 流速降低，部分大颗粒粉尘由于惯性力的作用被分离出来后落入灰斗；

• 含尘气体进入中箱体经滤袋的过滤净化，粉尘被阻留在滤袋的外表面；

• 净化后的气体经滤袋口进入上箱体，由出风口排出；

• 随着滤袋表面粉尘的不断增加，除尘器进出口的压差也随之上升；当除尘器阻力达到设定值时，控制系统发出清灰指令，清灰系统开始工作；通过电磁阀的开启，实现清灰。
