脉冲袋式除尘器是在引进传统除尘器技术基础上,吸收德国除尘器技术优点,生产的高效率除尘器。集合分室反吹和喷吹脉冲等类型除尘器的优点,采用高能清灰和分式结构离线清灰,具有清灰强度大、速度快、循环周期短等特点。
1、产物结构
脉冲袋式除尘器(或称‘除尘袋’)主要由喷吹管、电磁脉冲阀、气包、文氏管、滤袋框架、控制仪、排灰装置、除尘箱体、除尘滤袋、灰斗、支架、花板等结构组成,其产物结构示意图如下:
2、工作原理
除尘器的主要工作原理如下:
含尘气体由灰斗上部进风口进入后,在挡风板的作用下,气流向上流动;
流速降低,部分大颗粒粉尘由于惯性力的作用被分离出来后落入灰斗;
含尘气体进入中箱体经滤袋的过滤净化,粉尘被阻留在滤袋的外表面;
净化后的气体经滤袋口进入上箱体,由出风口排出;
随着滤袋表面粉尘的不断增加,除尘器进出口的压差也随之上升;当除尘器阻力达到设定值时,控制系统发出清灰指令,清灰系统开始工作;通过电磁阀的开启,实现清灰。
